Build software people use every day
We are engineers, automation developers, and designers who build the systems small and mid-sized businesses run on. If you like shipping real work and talking to the people who use it, read on.

What the work is actually like
- 01
Small teams, real ownership
Projects run with three to six people. You will talk to the client, make technical decisions, and see your work used.
- 02
Variety without chaos
A logistics platform one quarter, an AI document pipeline the next. The way we work stays the same, so switching domains doesn't mean starting over.
- 03
Remote, with an office
Most of the team works remotely across US time zones. The Louisville office is there for workshops and anyone who prefers a desk.
- 04
Time to do it properly
Tests, code review, and documentation are part of the estimate, not something you squeeze in on a Friday.
Four habits we hire for
Show working software.
Every two weeks, in front of the client. It keeps everyone honest, including us.
Raise problems early.
Bad news about an estimate is far cheaper in week two than in week ten.
Automate what you repeat.
If you've done something by hand three times, it is probably worth a script.
Leave it readable.
Someone else will maintain your code. Often that someone is you, six months later.
